Developed and implemented a bespoke programme to support the delivery of the new Gympanzees centre, improving task coordination, deadline tracking, and overall project efficiency across multiple departments.

Supported the installation of a five-storey steel stair core for a central Oxford refurbishment, coordinating design, supply, and site activities. Managed contractor and supplier communications, and assisted with health, safety, and compliance to maintain programme and quality within a constrained city-centre environment.

Supported site inspections, quality control, and progress monitoring to ensure works met design and industry standards. Coordinated on site rectification, contributed to health and safety implementation, and maintained inspection data to support efficient project delivery.

Collaborated closely with the CEO of the Centre for Pavement Engineering Education, Australia on in-depth research into cutting-edge innovations in Road Engineering. Identified and highlighted the tangible benefits of integrating these innovations, presenting the advantages to the association's primary stakeholders. Complied with findings and insights, delivering them effectively through structured presentations and detailed reports

Worked in an international team across three time zones to research innovation and key challenges in the road industry, including labour shortages, COVID-19 impacts, and smart infrastructure opportunities. Contributed to a 45 page report, 15 minute presentation, and project video, while developing leadership, presentation, and cross cultural collaboration skills.
